Heat pipe solar water heater (thermal) collector is the most efficient system. Efficiency is thousand times of other collecting panel. Heat can be transferred from down to up in few second.
The Company¡¦s heat pipe is in the evacuated tube, which doesn¡¦t have water inside, so we don¡¦t have problem of lime-scale in the tube. Sunlight passing through an outer glass tube heats the absorber tube contained within it. In the evacuated chamber, three target sputtering selective coating are installed above the innner tubes.
Three target sputtering plate (selective coating) and vacuum insulation are the most important parts of an advanced thermal system. A selective coating has high absorption ( low reflection) from solar radiation and low emissivity.

Thermal collectors are separated two major types;
(1) Passive thermal system

(2) Active thermal system
Active solar water heater use electric pumps, valves and controller to circulate water or other heat-transfer fluids such as anti-freeze through the collectors. It is usually easier to retrofit than passive thermal system. Active solar water heater system installed on the roof of builds and put storage tank in the garage or basement. They don¡¦t need to be installed above or close to the collectors.
